Hi — do you do trial lessons on a Saturday afternoon?
Yes — on Saturdays we take trial lessons from 1 pm to 5 pm. If a time works for you, I can take you to the booking page.

The problem
Most questions arrive when no one is there to answer.
- Visitors browse at night and on weekends, when you're closed.
- When a question goes unanswered, most visitors leave without asking again.
- On busy days, the same questions take up your time.
What R2C1 does
Answers questions. Helps people take the next step. Improves with your approval.
Answers from your own content
It answers from the FAQs and product or service information you've registered. If it can't find an answer, it says so and points the visitor to you.
Guides visitors to book or buy
It listens to what's holding a visitor back, then points to the next step: a booking page, an inquiry form, or a product.
Gets better — with your approval
It collects questions it couldn't answer and drafts suggestions. Nothing reaches your customers until you approve it.
How it gets better
You stay in charge of what it says.
1. Conversations are reviewed
Each conversation is scored, and the questions it couldn't fully answer are collected.
2. It drafts suggestions
For example, a new FAQ answer or a change in how it responds.
3. You approve
Suggestions drafted by the AI stay off until you approve them. Then they go live.
Example
A hesitant visitor, helped along.
An example conversation for a fictional online store. It's an illustration, not a real customer's chat.
I'm not sure which tea to get as a gift.
Happy to help. Is it for someone who likes strong flavors, or something gentle and easy to enjoy?
Gentle. They don't drink much caffeine.
Then I'd suggest our caffeine-free herbal set. It comes in a gift box.

Honest by design.
- It answers from what you've registered. If it doesn't know, it says so and hands off to you.
- Policies and knowledge drafted by the AI don't reach customers until you approve them.
- Your announcements and the AI's answers are kept apart on screen. The AI doesn't speak ads.
- Connections are encrypted with TLS. Which business a piece of data belongs to is decided from login and API key credentials.

FAQ
Questions we hear
Does it work with WordPress and Shopify?
A WordPress plugin and a Shopify app are coming soon. Today it works on any website: you add one line of code.
Can it take bookings?
It guides visitors to your booking page or inquiry form. The booking itself is made in your own booking system.
Will it make things up?
It answers from what you've registered. If it can't find an answer, it says so and points the visitor to you. As with any AI, check the conversations in your dashboard from time to time.
Do I need a developer?
No. You paste one line of code into your site. We'll help you with this during early access.
What language is the dashboard in?
The dashboard has English text, but some of the replies and cards from the dashboard assistant are still in Japanese. We're working through this, and early-access customers help us decide what to fix first.
How is my data handled?
See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both are English translations of the Japanese versions, which prevail.
