Small businesses rarely have anyone to answer questions at night or on weekends. Visitors who get stuck on a website usually leave without asking.

We're building a small AI for each business — one that knows the business and answers in words the owner has approved. Not just answering, but helping hesitant visitors take the next step to book or get in touch. It brings together years of hands-on sales know-how and AI.

Hiroki Kobayashi

Representative Director, Mooores Inc.

Role: Leads product and development of R2C

Started as a buyer and sales manager in music retail and wholesale, then worked as a product manager for mobile apps. Went independent in 2008, doing digital marketing and CX consulting and building websites and online stores. Founded Mooores in 2017 and has built more than 25 websites, online stores and web apps. Since 2025, has built AI systems on site at mid-sized and small businesses — five of seven projects launched.

Tetsuya Akamine

Representative, Accept Sales Support Co., Ltd.; Sales consultant

Role: Sales know-how (a proprietary sales method) and follow-up phone calls

Sales consultant. Founded Accept Sales Support in 2006, helping companies build sales scripts and putting them into practice through hands-on training. Has run sales training for more than 70 companies, from large enterprises to small businesses, and given more than 100 talks for chambers of commerce and business associations across Japan. Distilled a sales approach refined across more than 50 industries into a proprietary sales method.
